2. How we use cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate authentication; maintain a cart; provide checkout; secure the website; remember consent choices; remember permitted preferences; measure website use after consent; and support marketing technologies after consent.

3. Strictly necessary technologies

Strictly necessary technologies support functions requested by the user or required for security, including:

• authentication and session management;
• cart and checkout;
• payment flow security;
• fraud prevention;
• consent-preference storage;
• load balancing and core service availability;
• essential currency or country state where necessary to provide the selected service.

These technologies may operate without optional consent where the legal exemption applies, and cannot be disabled through the preference centre when doing so would prevent the requested service.

4. Preference technologies

Preference technologies may remember optional choices such as preferred currency, country, or display or interface preferences. Where a preference cookie is not strictly necessary, it remains off until the required consent is given.

5. Analytics technologies

Analytics technologies help us understand page use, product views, searches, navigation, checkout progression, errors and performance. Non-essential analytics remain off until the user consents. Internal order, stock and payment reporting derived from server-side business records is not dependent on analytics-cookie consent.

6. Marketing technologies

Marketing technologies may be used for advertising measurement, audience creation or cross-site marketing. They remain off until the user gives the required consent. We do not add marketing pixels merely because a marketing category exists.

7. Consent controls

The cookie banner and preference centre provide Accept all, Reject non-essential, and Customise options with comparable prominence and ease. The website does not set non-essential cookies before consent, treat scrolling or continued browsing as consent, preselect analytics or marketing, or make rejection materially harder than acceptance. You can reopen Cookie Settings from the footer at any time, and withdrawal is as easy as consent.

The categories of technologies used on this website are set out below. Only the following categories are active today; a marketing category will not appear here unless and until marketing technologies are actually enabled.

Some of these providers may process data outside the United Kingdom under the safeguards described in our Privacy Notice. We will update this table when a registered cookie, provider or purpose changes.

9. Current service categories

The categories of service currently in use are:

• Supabase (via Lovable Cloud) for authentication, database and hosting;
• Stripe for checkout, payments and fraud/security technologies;
• the AW1 Cream consent-preference system;
• the AW1 Cream transactional email sender.

We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels or non-essential analytics.

10. Browser controls

You may also control cookies through browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent account sign-in, cart persistence, checkout, saved preferences and secure website functions.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when technologies, providers, purposes or legal requirements change. The page shows the version and effective date.
