Earning Commissions & Getting Paid
By promoting AW1Cream, a customer uses your link and makes a purchase.
Your commission is calculated based on how many sales made with your code – that is excluding taxes. This will be credited to your affiliate account and paid 7 days into the new month via PayPal. This duration allows the possibility of any returned packages/charge-backs. Unfortunately, if this happens, then no commission will be paid for that customer. Commission rates are confirmed upon admission.
We recommend trying out sample size(s) before any bulk purchase to become familiar with AW1CREAM products. Email us requesting a bulk order on firstname.lastname@example.org.
All bulk orders are subject to Minimum Order Quantity.
In compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, refunds are given if an order is cancelled within 3 days from purchase. Refunds will be provided within 5-10 business working days. However, the cost of the return of an order cancelled after dispatch will be borne by you.

As per directives set out by card processing/chargeback rules, customers are required to provide all information required in full including the first name for order processing. We need a phone number for you, in case we need to contact you about your order or discount offers. Failure to do so will result in a delay/non-process. Submission of incorrect information resulting in non-delivery will incur a re-delivery charge.
Your email address needs to be correct at the time of ordering. We only use such information to notify you of your order status/discount offers.
Your shipping address is used to process your order for delivery whilst your billing address is used to process your payment by the payment processor [Stripe/Paypal].
AW1CREAM takes pride in customer confidentiality and will never pass nor discuss details with third parties. Please note however that courier services will need your contact details for delivery.
All pictures and reviews sent to AW1CREAM are property of AW1CREAM once submitted by the you.
Please advise us within 24hours should you receive any damaged goods and we will endeavour to investigate. We will, however, need photographic evidence at the time of logging your complaint and a replacement will be sent out to.
Delivery is carried out by Royal Mail/UPS/other couriers and must be signed for by the (you) customer. In the event of the customer being unavailable for delivery, the package(s) will be returned to the local depot for collection/re-delivery within 7-18 working days. This must be carried out by you, using your tracking number and Royal Mails online platform. AW1CREAM are not responsible for package(s) after a tracking number has been generated for it (The Parcel). AW1CREAM will not be responsible for failure to request a re-delivery. Missed parcels which have been in the depot passed 18-25 days, go to the National Returns Centre. No refunds or replacements will be issued at this point until the National Returns Centre issue a full refund for the product being sold. Failure to achieve this will result in a refund/replacement equivalent to the total refund issued by the National Returns Centre.
International customers should be aware that import duties/taxes may be issued by the governing body.
Please note that orders weighing heavier than 2kgs cannot be delivered to a P.O Box/BFPO address by our couriers. Once your shipment has been issued with a tracking number AW1CREAM no longer carries any responsibility for that shipment from that point onwards.
We accept International Orders and ship Worldwide. Please note that there might be an additional fee charged by your card issuer/bank for international transactions and neither by AW1CREAM nor our payment processors. This fee must be covered by you. Kindly check with your Customs’ office of any prohibited items before placing your order. AW1CREAM cannot accept responsibility for packages being returned to us if the goods are restricted/prohibited in the country of delivery. Any charges incurred for returned packages will be borne by the customer.
All deliveries must be signed for by the customer. In the event of the customer being unavailable for delivery, the package(s) will be returned to the local depot for collection within 10 working days. A re-delivery after this period will incur a charge. Please be aware that import duties/taxes may be issued by the governing body and delays might be due to customs’ clearance. We cannot deliver to a P.O Box/BFPO address via courier services.
Our products are formulated to be gentle and effective. We, however, recommend a patch test. Individual result may vary.
Online orders can be paid for through PayPal or via Stripe. For security purposes, we require that you enter your card’s verification number CVV2. A verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card on the signature strip. Please note that we can not accept cheque payments.
All our prices are displayed in British Pounds (£ GBP). ALL CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGED THE ORDER VALUE SHOWN IN BRITISH POUNDS (£ GBP). We reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice but will not increase the price of ordered goods which are awaiting delivery.
We will not be held responsible for the misuse of our products. All ingredients used in a particular product are listed on our website. Always consult your GP prior to using any AW1CREAM product. By purchasing our products, you accept responsibility to check with a professional before using any of our product which may interfere with prescribed drugs or medical conditions that you may have. This product can not replace prescribed medication. AW1CREAM is not suitable for Pregnant and/or Breast-Feeding women due to potent ingredients. see FAQ’s

RETURN OF GOODS:
Items can be returned if you are unhappy with your purchase. This should be returned to us within 48 hours of receiving your product by prior notice and via first class recorded delivery service in its original condition and with the void seal intact. We will notify you upon receiving your returned item after which refund of the purchase price will be issued. Items that have been opened or used will not be accepted for a refund. The cost of sending the goods back to us will be borne by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our shipping rates are automatically calculated depending on the weight and destination. Please note that deliveries to the Channel Islands are VAT exempt but incur a slightly higher price than to UK Mainland.
We appreciate that shipping outside the UK might be cost-prohibitive – this is outside our scope as rates are dictated by the postal service. However, we do a partial refund in the event that we manage to send the order in a more cost-effective way.
